The doctor in question may have been looking for someone to sign their name on a driver’s record, but you can get a medical doctor to do the same for you.
In order to get the doctor’s signature, you need to complete the online form for the state of North Carolina.
The form will ask for a doctor’s name, address, phone number, and email address.
You will need to provide a copy of your driver license, which you can print out.
After that, the doctor will sign your license and mail it to you.
Once the doctor receives your license, he/she will then write a letter on the back of it stating that they will sign the doctor for you and that you should get your doctor’s card and driver’s permit in the mail in a few weeks.
The process can take anywhere from a few days to a few months depending on how quickly the doctor signs.
If the doctor has the medical training and the paperwork is correct, you can be approved within 24 hours.
However, if the doctor is not licensed, the process can last for a few more weeks, and it is likely the doctor may not sign for you for a while.
This is because the doctor does not have the same level of training as a licensed physician.
So, the chances are, the state will not approve the doctor.
The DMV says that it takes about 60 days to process the paperwork for a physician to sign a driver license.
The DMV has posted an informational video explaining the process for doctors who do not have licenses.
